Are most Scottish people of Celtic ancestry? i heard some aren't?

Apparently there are Scots with Scandinavian roots, is this true? I suppose there are Scots that do look Nordic.I'm part Scottish and my ancestors were Vikings.Does that make me a fake Scot?
